Automated Wire DeReelers

The Enhanced and XL DeReelers are designed for high-speed processing and seamless integration into your production line.

Our fully automated units featuring one-touch reel loading and unloading, capable of handling wire reels up to 300 kg in weight (with XL DeReelers handling up to 400 kg), and wire diameters ranging from 0.5 to 6 millimetres. With a production rate of approximately 1,500 units of 1-meter lengths per hour when integrated with our accompanying Wire Rope Annealing Machine, the Enhanced and XL DeReelers offer efficiency and accuracy. They can also be easily be integrated with other downstream production equipment like our Kick Out Tray, for a fully automated production cell.
