Mechanical Design

Initially, we assess the need through sketches and address high risks with POP work (Proof Of Principle).

We then present a concept(s) to the customer and once approved, develop the 3D CAD design with keys tools, such as FMEA, risk assessments and trackers.


In-House Manufacture

We manufacture precision components in-house, which gives us greater control on costs and quality.

Our 3 & 4 axis CNC and Milling machines are programmed directly from our 3D CAD software.



We routinely use SCARA and 6-axis robots in our automation solutions. Omron Adept are our strategic partner, with excellent products and support. We have also recently added Collaborative robots to our competency.


3D Printing

With three rapid prototype machines on site, we don’t cut metal until we prove out designs 100%.

We can even use our high accuracy carbon material RP’s for production quality tooling.


Collaborative Robotics

Collaborative robots are key to our strategy.
We designed and programme machines for use in moulding assembly, which optimise the capability of collaborative robots used within manufacturing environments.



Our experienced in-house Software Engineers can apply themselves to all top branded PLC’s or customer’s specified requirements.


Project Management

Communication is key and often not given the attention it deserves.

We pride ourselves in living Gantt charts and project dashboards, communicating with our customers proactively and measuring against our and their KPI’s.


Electrical Design

With in-house electrical design and panel building, the transition from design to assembly, is seamless.

We use top quality components and have excellent relationships with our suppliers, working in partnership to specify the right controls.



Our team of engineers build the machines, and stay with the machine until they are signed-off.

This continuity and commitment ensures that the customers expectations are managed and delivered.
